If product purchased from SQXSUPPLY does not function properly (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded) within 6 months from the original purchase date. Customers may initiate a RMA for an exchange or refund request.

0 - 30 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days after the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.

31 - 60 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 60 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower.

61 - 90 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 61 to 90 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 20% processing fee. Refund amount will be given as a coupon (expires 90 days after date issued) to be used at checkout.

91+ Days:
No refunds will be given after 90 days from the original purchase date. Customer needs to pay for the difference of the current selling price and original selling price for an exchange.

NOTICE: We can not accept the following items for a refund
>Any products that have exceeded the warranty or return expiry date.
>The reason of returning is caused by customer error.
>The returned product is not in its original condition.
